We offer two tracked Royal Mail services at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — usually 1–2 working days after dispatch

Delivery costs depend on the packed size and weight of your order. Larger collections or oversized items may need additional postage because of the extra packaging needed to protect them. Your exact cost is shown in your basket and again at checkout before you pay.

Free Tracked 48 delivery is automatically applied when your order reaches £30 after discounts.

Free delivery still applies once your order qualifies — including when a larger basket would otherwise sit on a higher postage band.

We carefully package every order to protect collector packaging. Shipping is based on the packed size and weight of the parcel, not the bare retail box alone.

Most carded diecasts — including a single Disney Store 1:43 pack — ship at our standard tracked rate. Larger boxed sets, gift packs, multiple bigger-format pieces, or bulk baskets may need additional postage because of combined packed size and protection.

• Orders go with Royal Mail Tracked for final delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We follow UK consumer law once Royal Mail marks a parcel as delivered.
