About Colbcast
Colbcast is a UK-based online store selling Disney Pixar Cars diecasts and related collectibles. We trade as Colbcast and ship to UK addresses unless stated otherwise.

Products & pricing
- Product images, descriptions, and prices are shown in good faith but may contain errors.
- Prices, stock levels, and product details may change without notice.
- Figures shown on the site and in your basket are estimates for display. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout when you pay (including postage and any discount codes applied).
- We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion where reasonably necessary (for example, pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud prevention).
- Many customers collect our items unopened. Because products are manufactured and packaged individually, minor packaging differences may occur unless a listing states otherwise.
Orders & payment
How your order works
When you place an order with Colbcast, we’ll send you an order confirmation to let you know we’ve received it. Your order will then be prepared and dispatched once everything has been checked.
Your purchase contract is confirmed when we dispatch your order or when we specifically confirm acceptance. This allows us to correct rare issues such as stock errors, pricing mistakes, or payment problems before an order is sent.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay when eligible) or PayPal (including Pay in 3 where offered). We never store your full card details on our servers.
Your order is created once payment has been successfully confirmed. If you leave checkout before completing payment, no order is created and you will not be charged.
Any discounts, delivery options, and final order totals are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse orders where reasonably necessary and will refund any payment taken if we decline before dispatch.
Accounts
You may browse as a guest or create an account with an email, username, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order. This age requirement is for platform use only and does not affect your separate statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Shipping
UK orders are posted via Royal Mail using rates shown at checkout. See our Shipping page for service levels, free-postage thresholds, and dispatch times.
Returns, cancellation & refunds
Full details are in our Returns Policy. Statutory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these terms.
Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Cancellation period: 14 days starting the day after you receive the goods (or the last item if your order arrives in parts).
- How to cancel: tell us clearly before the period ends â email contact@colbcast.co.uk with your order number or use our contact form.
- Return window: after you cancel, send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us, unless we have agreed otherwise or offered to collect them.
Collector returns must meet the conditions in our Returns Policy (for example, resaleable condition). You are responsible for return postage on collector returns unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
Refunds
- We will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery (the cheapest tracked option we offered at checkout). We do not refund express delivery on collector returns unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof that you have sent them back â whichever is earlier.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
- We may reduce the refund if goods show unnecessary handling beyond what is permitted when inspecting them in a shop.
Reviews & user content
Signed-in customers may submit product reviews. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive, misleading, or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that breach these terms.
Our responsibility
We always aim to provide accurate product information, secure checkout, and carefully packed orders.
We are responsible for losses that arise from our failure to meet our legal obligations. However, we are not responsible for losses that are outside our reasonable control or unrelated to your purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you need to resolve a dispute, we will always try to work with you first and find a fair solution. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights if you live elsewhere in the UK.
