Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at Colbcast. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
14-day change-of-mind returns
If you are a UK consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations), provided items are returned in resaleable condition.
- Items should be unopened and in original packaging where possible.
- Collector blister packs and sealed products should remain unopened unless faulty.
- Opened or damaged packaging may reduce the refund amount or mean we cannot accept a change-of-mind return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items we cannot usually accept for change-of-mind return
- Items that have been opened, used, or removed from sealed collector packaging (unless faulty)
- Items returned without proof of purchase
- Custom or clearly marked final-sale items (if ever offered)
How to start a return
- Email contact@colbcast.co.uk with your order number, reason, and photos if relevant.
- Wait for return instructions — do not send items back without confirmation.
- Pack items securely (original packaging helps protect diecast boxes).

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (via Stripe).
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing a refund for faults.
- Original outbound postage is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns unless we sent the wrong item.
- You are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns unless we agree otherwise.
